Event Dates: September 20, 21, and 22, 2024

The agenda of this get together is based around a party on Saturday night at the wonderful Crazy Water Hotel.   Here is the full agenda:

Friday 5-10pm: A pop-up car show at the Blue Oval Car Barn with food, drinks and music for early arrivals.  Check into the hotel first.  Then stroll around Mineral Wells making your way to the BOCB anytime between 5 and 10pm.  We will provide food, drinks, live music, and a car event for all.

Saturday AM: You are on your own to explore Mineral Wells.  A tour of Clark Gardens is highly recommended.

Saturday 1-3pm: Group tours of the Baker Hotel.  More information to come to those who RSVP for participating in the tours.  Afterwards it’s time to relax and clean up before the evening festivities.

Saturday 6pm until late: Drinks and mingling in the ballroom starting at 6pm followed by dinner with live music and dancing with Ray Wiley Hubbard and Syd Masters.

Sunday: You are on your own, but we will have a Blue Oval Car Barn tour for those who were unable to make the 1pm Friday event.

Attention Invitees: After receiving your invitation, please RSVP let us know if you are able to attend; and if so, your plans regarding arrival date and the tours you will participate in.  We have 60 rooms at the Crazy Water Hotel and will help book your rooms on a first-come, first-served basis.  We have the rooms blocked off for Saturday and if you plan to arrive on Friday, be sure to let us know.  As an FYI, you are responsible for the hotel and incidentals.  The rest of the party is on Blue Oval Car Barn!
